Bill helped us find a house with acreage. He left no stone unturned; we have some fairly specific wants, and he worked very diligently to find us the right place. He is honest to a fault, and even helped us with parts of our move which no realtor is required to do. He kept us well informed, and skillfully lead us through the whole process. His knowledge of the area is extensive, and he can save a purchaser much time by narrowing the search, keeping said purchaser's criteria in mind.

He is also really a "nice guy", and fun to visit with over a cup of coffee. He did an excellent job for us.
